Balanced Diet


A healthy diet is about sufficient nutrient appropriately for every individual. Keeping a balanced diet of an essential nutrients (fat, protein, carbohydrate) and an additional nutrition (Nutrition that required in a little amount like all kinds of vitamins and minerals like calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, manganese, iodine). A healthy diet also serves to maintain the health of various diseases including: heart disease, diabetes, obesity.

Type of Diet

For a normal person or not being in health problem or obesity certainly healthy diet food intake will be easy to achieve. Since we only need to prepare healthy foods in the right quantities at breakfast, lunch or dinner. But if we are suffering from obesity, high blood exposed or are pregnant of course we eat a diet that is different from a normal diet. If so of course there are several types of diets that vary depending on each condition of a person who will apply it.

  • Example, for a healthy people, enough with normal diet or nutritious food intake full plus daily exercise will keep their body always fit. While the special diet required for people who suffer from certain diseases.

  • Someone who is exposed to high blood pressure should be able to reduce the amount of sodium that enters the body and should avoid the consumption of red meat and too much sugar. Instead routinely consume nuts, grains, fish, chicken, fruit and vegetables.

  • People with the obesity disorder will be appropriate if reduced intake of carbohydrate, fat and calories and consumption of many vegetables and fruits as sources of fiber that will prevent the absorption of calories and bad fats in digestion.

  • If you want to prevent a particular disease there is also a special diet that needs to adjust the amount food intake for the body. For example to prevent cancer we have a lot of consumption of vegetables in daily diet and reduce food and beverages such as red meat, processed meat, nuts, alcoholic beverages and sugary drinks. And for allergy sufferers when eating certain foods, it must be adjusted their daily diet, as allergic to milk, eggs or nuts.

  • So is diet for a pregnant woman, diet for people at certain age (children, adults, parents) need adjustments a daily healthy diet vary. So a healthy diet needs to be adapted to a certain people condition, but fortunately we are healthy and always maintain the health of this because it's easier to prepare healthy and delicious diet every day.

With a variety of health problems that would result from an unhealthy diet, it would be nice if, from now on we apply a balanced diet with healthy foods in your diet daily.
