Low fat diet menu plan II

Low fat diet menu plan with low fat meal recipes

One question to connecting with previously article about low fat diet menu plan, can we properly set calories or fat intake amount, it would be very difficult unless we eat foods that have nutritional labels. By doing so, safe way is eat sufficiently and avoid or minimize eating foods high in fat content (Dairy foods, red meat, butter, oil, egg yolks and processed meat) and consumption of healthy food alternatives such as (Vegetables, fruits, fish , shellfish, rice, beans or grains and vegetable oils). Do not forget that sport is important, take time each day to do whatever is easiest sport is (walking, jogging, gymnastics, or fitness) so if there is excess fat will be burned and not a lot of buildup in our bodies.

In addition to consume low fat diet, here are some tips to reduce fat content in some meals such as:
  • Remove skin from chicken meat we consume, because the skin of the chicken contains a lot of fat
  • Reduce consumption of organ meats like liver and kidney
  • When you like to eat cheese or used for cooking, buy a low-fat cheese
  • Use cooking methods such as burning (using a rack), baked, boiled or steamed instead of fried
  • Minimize the use of coconut oil and butter for cooking, use olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
That is a general description how we reduce the consumption of fat in a daily healthy diet in order to create a healthy diet. Therefore it would be best if from now on we make the alternative daily diet menu with low fat diet menu. As reference about low fat meals, you can see here in low fat meal recipe collections.
