White rice is one type of grains that is very popular. Of all types of rice, white rice is a healthy food that has consumed most of the world population in addition to red rice. Though red rice actually higher nutritional value, but white rice is preferred for most people. Processing before consumption, rice is first milled to remove the skin, bran and germ. Then, rice was polished in order to looked white, bright and shiny. Important benefit that is contained in rice is as a staple food source of good energy, help smooth bowel movements and a source of vitamin B1. Benefits or other advantages including:

  Rice is a natural tonic and diuretic that is cholesterol-free

  Rice as a food source of fiber is good for digestion

  Contains protein that good for both: muscle growth and muscle repair.

  Rice also have a role on growth of hair, nails, skin

  Rice is enriched with mineral manganese is good for the immune systems and skeletal

  Rice is a healthy diet low in fat

  Vitamin B1 contained in rice, good for the heart and nervous system

  Keeping the bowel remain healthy because they contain resistant starch which encourages the growth of good bacteria in bowel

  If made for rice flour, can be used as a poultice, as the treatment of diseases such as acne, measles, and hemorrhoids

Important: Cook white rice as usual but add a bit  or 1 tablespoon of oil to get a delicious cooked rice and does not stick to each other.
